I want to introduce you to my friend Melody White. She is a wonderful wife and mother of a first-grader. Not long ago she found out she has cancer. It has attacked her mouth. She is suffering and in pain much of the time and has a lot of inflammation, enough that she's not able to talk very much. She needs a lot of prayer and encouragement. She would like to eat solid food again and be able to be the active and loving mom and wife she desires to be. Please keep her in your prayers and then do something else. Pray about giving as small or large a gift as your heart leads you to give so that she can get the treatment she needs. She's not able to afford the $20,000 treatment that is prescribed. Let's put some meat in our prayers and help her out as if she was a dear family member. Just think of the blessing of peace it will bring to her and her family, knowing that this part of the burden is lifted. And while your at it, pray for her healing! God can heal her body. If He does and we gather all the funds, then they will go towards her medical bills that have amassed during these few months and the rest will go to a cancer charity if Melody is ok with that. I need to get that cleared with her and find out which one she wants to donate to.
Don't be shy! Share this with everyone you can think of. If they can't give very much money, then prayers are even better than that. Tweet it, Share on Facebook, etc, etc. You guys are the greatest. Prayer changes everything! Let's stand back and watch God do a miracle. Melody is a Christian. Pray that God will encourage her heart in His Word and with His sweet presence. I don't know what people who don't know Him do in times like this. Having His love work in us and through us is an awe-inspiring thing.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
I will keep everyone posted on her progress, as well as the donations that have come

through as we go along. Her blog will have her updates as well,
