Any movement will do. Just do more than you've been doing and your heading in the right direction. Add healthy eating and eating 4-5 small meals per day of lean protein, fruits, veggies and whole grains and you'll be surprised how you'll lose weight faster than you thought as well as immediately begin to feel better. But hey, I know it's not easy to do this alone, and the voices in your head will tell you that you can't do it, so get support.

Those are fighting words, and I for one, know how it feels to get stuck in a pit from isolating myself. I was diagnosed with Hypo-thyroid about 13 years ago. The disease makes a person tired and depressed and feeling like you are all alone, but when you get out of your shell and get out with a crowd, even a cyber crowd, you begin to see that you're not a terrible person after all. You also see that there are others who face similar obstacles and how they've come through on the other side. One day you'll be the one on the other side too, and so you can uplift others in the way you've been comforted and brought through to victory.
